Zuwwar takes 1.5% of each online payment, and never more than ₦20,000 for a whole booking. On a ₦6,850,000 Umrah package, that's ₦20,000 in total, under 0.3%.

Yes. Online, Paystack takes cards, bank transfers and USSD. For money paid into your account or at your office, record it in your dashboard and the pilgrim's plan updates.
Add them yourself from your dashboard; email is optional. They get their booking link and reminders on WhatsApp, and you can upload documents they send you.
No. Online payments go through Paystack straight to your bank account. Zuwwar's fee is taken at the moment of payment.
Only your signed-in team. Files are kept in private storage, booking pages show only part of a passport number, and documents are deleted automatically after the trip.
